The Long-Term Care Council meets at least 4 times per calendar year via video conference, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., at 2 locations:
- Illinois Department on Aging, 160 N. LaSalle St., 7th Floor, Chicago
- Springfield (location to be arranged)
Meetings are open to the public.

A public forum is held during each meeting, and anyone can present his/her concerns or problems regarding long-term care.
